A Tropical Escape: Add 5-10 drops of peppermint essential oil to your diffuser, depending upon your preference in your diffuser of choice.

A Paradise Vacation: Dilute peppermint essential oil with a carrier oil such as coconut, jojoba, or almond oil, following proper dilution ratios up to a maximum dilution of 5%:
A 2% dilution ratio is recommended for leave-on body products (i.e. massage oils), a 1% dilution ratio is recommended for facial applications, and a 3-4% dilution ratio is safe for rinse-off bath and body products.
