Our range includes cleaning agents, cleaning tools, bathroom essentials, kitchen and dining items, personal care products, and storage solutions.
Additionally, some of these products are safe for use around pets and children.
WHY SHOP AT LULU AND LOFT?
At Lulu and Loft, we offer a thoughtfully curated selection of high-quality products, each handpicked by our team. We DO NOT list items that:
- Contain harmful ingredients or low-quality materials
- Are tested on animals
- Lack quality in design or craftsmanship
We personally use many of these items in our own home, selecting only those we've tested and trust to offer in our store.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
No, we operate exclusively online.
However, self-collection of orders is available at our home office in Punggol and can be selected as an option at checkout.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUSTAINABLE?
Some of our products are eco-friendly, made with sustainable materials, or designed to reduce waste.
We indicate these with an “Eco-Friendly” icon on the product listing. However, not all products may be fully sustainable, so we encourage customers to check individual product details for more information.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN INGREDIENTS DERIVED FROM ANIMALS?
Most of our products do not contain animal-derived ingredients.
We mark these with a "Free of Animal-Derived Ingredients" icon on the product listing.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NATURAL AND ORGANIC?
Some of our products are made with natural and/or organic ingredients.
We mark these with a “Naturally Derived Ingredients” and/or “Organic Ingredients” icon on the product listing.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE AROUND PETS?
Some of our products are safe for use around pets, specifically dogs. While not all of them carry an official “Pet-Safe” label, we carefully review every ingredient to ensure their safety for pets.
For those that are safe to use around pets, we mark them with a “Safe to Use Around Pets” icon on the product listing. In fact, we personally use many of these products at home with our dog, Lulu, around.
(When we say, "safe to use around pets", we are specifically referring to dogs. While we have conducted our own research and believe that these products are safe for use around pets, we strongly encourage you to do your own due diligence. Please carefully review the ingredients and ensure that your pets or loved ones are not allergic to any of them.)
We prioritize ingredient safety because, based on our experience, some products on the market labelled as 'Pet-Safe' may still contain toxic ingredients. In some cases, the full list of ingredients is not even disclosed.
Our dog, Lulu’s well-being, is our top priority, which inspired us to seek out safer, less toxic home and living products. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, low-tox, and healthful lifestyle for her, and for you and your pets too.
How do we determine if an ingredient Is safe to use around dogs?
We research ingredient safety using databases such as:

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE AROUND CHILDREN?
Some of our products are safe for use around children. Although not all of them have an official "Child-Safe" label, we carefully examine each ingredient to ensure their safety.
For products that are child-safe, we indicate this with a "Safe to Use Around Children" icon on the product listing.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?
We are strongly against animal cruelty, which is why we actively inquire about manufacturers' animal testing practices—both now and in the future—to ensure our products are as cruelty-free as possible.
However, not all cruelty-free products carry an official “Cruelty-Free” label, as certification often comes with additional costs that some brands choose not to incur. While many products are made without animal testing, manufacturers may opt out of certification for this reason.
We do our best to verify that the products we offer align with cruelty-free standards, even if they aren’t officially certified. If you have any questions about a specific product, feel free to reach out to us!
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment, we ship within Singapore only (Excluding Offshore Islands & Restricted Zones).
Important: We do not deliver to remote areas, such as Changi Airport offices, Airport Logistic Park, and One Turf Avenue.
Please do not checkout with these addresses as we will not refund payment transaction fees should we need to cancel your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Local standard delivery is free for orders S$59 nett & above.
For orders below S$59, a flat delivery fee of S$5 applies.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery hours: 09:00–22:00 (Monday– Saturday). No delivery on Sunday and Public Holidays.
Our third-party logistics provider will make up to 3 delivery attempts (it may or may not be the next day). If you have any issues with receiving the parcel, you can contact them directly or contact us.
Do note that most couriers do not offer guaranteed deliveries. If the addressee fails to receive the parcel after 3 delivery attempts. it will be returned to us. Please understand that a delivery charge applies for us to arrange another delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
What should I do if I have issues with my delivery?
We engage a third-party logistics provider for all deliveries, and once your parcel is handed over to them, it is beyond our control. However, we take great care in securely packaging orders to ensure they arrive safely.
If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect, please check your tracking details first.
If the issue persists, contact us at [hello@luluandloft.com] with your order number and any relevant photos. While the third-party logistics provider is responsible for lost parcels, we will liaise with them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Pickup is available at our home office in Punggol. Simply select "Pickup in store" at checkout, and we'll notify you once your order is ready.
Please note that we reuse paper or plastic bags for local pickup orders to reduce waste.
DO YOU USE RECYCLED OR REUSED PACKAGING FOR ORDERS?
Whenever possible, parcels are shipped in reused boxes and packaging with reused packing materials to promote sustainability and reduce waste. As a result, they may not always look perfect.
RETURN AND REFUND
What are the eligibility requirements for return and refund?
We have a 14-day return and refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Do check the product before cutting off tag(s) and using it. We are unable to assist if we cannot verify that the product is unused.
Do note that if we find that a product, its accompanying tag(s), or its packaging has been damaged or tampered with, return and refund will not be offered.
Certain items like personal care products (e.g., towels or bath mats), pre-ordered items, items sold during sales or items that are sold on clearance cannot be returned.
Please note that return shipping cost and administrative charges will not be covered by Lulu and Loft, and S$10 will be deducted from your refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return and Refund?
To initiate a return, email us at hello@luluandloft.com with your order number, item(s) you'd like to return, the reason for the return, and picture(s) of the item in its current condition.
We will respond with return instructions, including the shipping address for the return.
how is the return and refund processed?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that some banks or credit card providers may take longer to process the refund.
What should I do if I receive incorrect or defective items?
Please inspect your order upon receiving, and contact us immediately at hello@luluandloft.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGE
Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
However, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
