Nature's Home Care: Add 5-10 drops of Soothe essential oil blend to your diffuser, depending upon your preference in your diffuser of choice.
Nature's Pocket Healer: Dilute Soothe essential oil blend with a carrier oil such as coconut, jojoba, or almond oil, following proper dilution ratios:
A 2% dilution ratio is recommended for leave-on body products (i.e. massage oils), a 1% dilution ratio is recommended for facial applications, and a 3-4% dilution ratio is safe for rinse-off bath and body products.

Use in the Shower
- Escape tension with each inhale - Bring Soothe to the shower for fast, easy tension release. Add a few drops of Soothe to a damp face cloth to use while you soak up the negative ions produced by your shower stream.

Apply Topically
- Ease headaches with a roller - Make a topical application to depend on when headaches develop. Add 2 drops of Soothe to 10ML of your favourite carrier oil and pour into a roller. Roll across your forehead when you feel the familiar onset of a headache.

Create a Lotion
- Relief muscle aches and joint discomfort - Seek relief with the cooling and anti-inflammatory qualities of Soothe. Gently combine 10-15 drops of Soothe into 2 tbsp of your favourite unscented lotion, and apply to sore muscles and joints.
