Rest, Relax & Breathe: Add 5-10 drops of Breathe essential oil blend to your diffuser, depending upon your preference in your diffuser of choice.
Find your Breath again: Dilute Breathe essential oil blend with a carrier oil such as coconut, jojoba, or almond oil, following proper dilution ratios:
A 2% dilution ratio is recommended for leave-on body products (i.e. massage oils), a 1% dilution ratio is recommended for facial applications, and a 3-4% dilution ratio is safe for rinse-off bath and body products.

- Boost your shower routine with Breathe - Perfect to help relieve cold, flu and asthma symptoms, simply add 2-4 drops of Breathe onto a damp face cloth and hang it in your shower while you wash to release the aroma in the steam.
